What are Railway Reservation Rules as on April 2015?

The Indian railway has set up some new railway rules as on April 2015 and is given below.
As per New Reservation Rules only one ticket is booked per login at Irctc site and you cannot book more than 2 tickets in the morning from 10am to 12pm.

Increase in the platform ticket from RS 5/- to Rs 10/- (this is very bad news for poor passengers who enters platform just to shift heavy the luggage).

A per New Reservation Rules you cannot postpone earlier date ticket to any day before 9am morning.
There is increase in advance period from 60 days to 120 days that is 4 months in advance for booking normal reservation.

As per new reservation rules of 2015 there is no increase in days for tatkal and also no increase in quota for tatkal ticket booking.
As per new Reservation Rules of additional 2 coaches are fixed to some special trains during rush and peak season.
There was huge demand for refund on Tatkal ticket as this will help other waitlisted passenger in case of refund is available. I suggest giving minimum refund of Rs 100/- per passenger in case they cancel tatkal ticket before chart preparation.
